YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK!

Listen up everybody! I have a book that you really need to read. It's called "The Church House" by Makasha Dorsey. The Church House is said to be one of the most captivating reads of the summer. Everyone that has read the book has been asking for the sequel. I'll put it this way I'm not really into reading books unless it has something about the muscles, sports stats or how the body works. This book has none of the above and I still read it in a week! If you like twist and turns this is definitely the book for you.

Please visit www.dorseypublications.com so you can get your copy today. You can also visit amazon.com, barnes&noble.com or booksamillion.com and search for Makasha Dorsey.

Walk it Off!!

"Today is the day that I start working out." How many times have you heard or made this statement to either yourself or heard someone shout it out of their mouth. Well its time for you to get of your butt and start doing something with the temple that god gave you. Here's a very simple workout plan that you can try for 4 weeks that will help you get closer to your fitness goals. I promise that you will be satisfied with your results if you stick with the routine. Here it is:

1. Speed Walk for 5 minutes ( make sure that you use your arms by rotating at your shoulders to increase your heart rate as well as burn more calories.
2. Perform 15-20 slow and controlled body weight squats (hands out in front)
3. Speed walk for 8 minutes (again making sure you are really pumping your arms)
4. Perform 10 each leg/ Body Weight Lunges
5. Speed Walk for 8 minutes (this time you will pump your hands above your head every 2 minutes for 30 seconds.
6. Perform 20 sumo squats ( see prior article below for exercise description)
7. Speed Walk for 3 minutes as fast as you can!!
8. Walk Slowly for 5 minutes for your cool down.

Complete this workout routine about 3 times a week and please be aware of what you're putting into your body.
